Sassy Sunflower Policy for Active accounts

Please Review our Policy for Active Accounts (sent to each dealer by email 9/10/2024 and posted to the “Dealer Tools” website page 9/10/2024)

Accounts with The Sassy Sunflower LLC shall be considered ACTIVE for 5 calendar months after an initial Start-up order and 5 months following any reorders.  Inactive accounts will be notified by email with instructions on how to reactivate the account prior to the account being closed.  Once an account reaches 6 months with no orders, the account will be automatically closed and the account holder will receive an email notification.

The Sassy Sunflower offers Regional Exclusivity to all our active Half Pack Quilt dealers. The key word is ACTIVE. Shops that are actively participating in the program will be displaying their Half Packs, advertising, and promoting the program and most importantly selling Half Packs. After all, that is the whole point of the program....to use the Half Packs to sell your fabric.

How does my Account become Inactive?

The method that we use to evaluate the shops that are active in the Half Pack program is your ordering history. The most successful shops are ordering every month (sometimes several times per month), while the average shops are ordering every 2-3 months. If your account goes for 5 months without an order, it is placed on an inactive status and you are sent an email reminder that you need to place an order.

When are Accounts Closed?

We want each of the shops that carry our Half Packs to be successful. Our regional exclusivity helps reduce the likelihood of program saturation in any geographic area, however, we cannot "hold" an area for shops that are not ACTIVE. If it has been 6 months since an order was placed, your account will automatically close.

How do I keep my Account Open?

It is super simple.... just participate in the program as it was described when you came on board! If you are selling Half Packs, you will need to order and your account will be ACTIVE.

Can I order just a few patterns every 6 months to keep my account open?

No, if you are ACTIVLEY participating in the Half Pack program, you will need more than a few patterns in 6 months. We do consider the frequency and size of your orders, and after years of collaboration with retail fabric shops, we know how to identify an active or inactive shop. If it appears that you are not actively participating in the program and are simply ordering a small amount of patterns to "hold on" to your geographic area, your account will be closed.
