Return Policy

Every effort is made to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied.

Any returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. 

Refunds will not be given for shipping and handling. 
All returns must be in original condition (absolutely no smoke odor and original packaging).  Items not meeting one or more of these criteria will not be refunded.  If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned.
No returns on cut fabric, patterns or books.  Consider it stash building!
